TwoLine provides app credits and rental phone lines for receiving SMS messages. By using TwoLine, you agree to these terms and the rental policy shown in the app before purchase.
TwoLine credits are app credits used inside TwoLine. Credits are not cash, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred outside your account.
A rental provides access to a phone line for the selected period. We do not guarantee that any third-party app, website, financial service, exchange, payment platform, or regulated service will accept a rented number.
Most rental routes are non-refundable after creation. Eligible routes may allow a 15-minute TwoLine credit-back window if no SMS arrives and the backend/provider cancellation succeeds. Credit back is issued only as TwoLine credit, not cash.
You may not use TwoLine for fraud, spam, harassment, illegal activity, regulated financial onboarding, or any activity that violates applicable law or third-party service rules.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Web checkout, where available, is processed by Stripe. Store purchase records may be retained for receipts, support, disputes, tax, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
